Die Brandmeldeanlage wird in zwei unterschiedlichen Bauphasen ausgeführt: im Bestandsgebäude im Erweiterungsbau (Neubau). Die bestehende Brandmeldeanlage muss komplett erneuert werden. Die Ausführungen erfolgen in unterschiedlichen Zeitrahmen. Die Maßnahme im Bestand ist im laufenden Gebäudebetrieb umzusetzen.
