Description
Opdrachtgever heeft met deze aanbesteding tot doel Inschrijvingen te ontvangen met oplossingen die tegemoetkomen aan de complexiteit van de voorliggende Opdracht en die voor de Gegadigde (dan Inschrijver) een interessante Opdracht met voldoende economisch perspectief oplevert. Op basis daarvan wordt door Opdrachtgever de Opdracht gegund aan de winnende Inschrijver. De bouwteamaannemer dient, met alle geleverde en opgedane kennis in bouwteamverband, de werkzaamheden uit te voeren. De werkzaamheden worden in deelfasen uitgevoerd, daar waar de Opdracht gaat over meerdere afdelingen binnen het Sophia Kinderziekenhuis. De op dit moment geïdentificeerde deelfasen welke uitgevoerd dienen te worden zijn: • Inkoppeling interimgebouw; • Aanpassingen voor interne verhuizingen wijzigingen in logistiek; • Integrale vernieuwing E-infrastructuur alle bouwdelen; • Gebouw Sb in vier kwadranten (Diagnostiek, Dagbehandeling, OK-complex); • Gebouw Sk midden (Medium en Intensive Care); • Gebouw Sk noord, (Medium en Intensive Care); • Gebouw Sk zuid (Medium en Intensive Care); • Gebouw Sp (Poliklinieken).
