Gemeente Maastricht staat voor de realisatie van een grote woningbouwopgave op het Trega en Zinkwit terrein. Om deze woningbouw te kunnen realiseren is er ook een complexe aanpassing nodig aan de hoofdinfrastructuur. De aanbestedingsprocedure betreft het selecteren van een bouwteampartner voor de voorbereiding en realisatie van de gewenste aanpassing van de hoofdinfrastructuur en het bouwrijp maken van het Trega-Zinkwit terrein in de Gemeente Maastricht.
