Betreft het voorbereiden (bouwteamfase) en bij succesvol doorlopen van het bouwteam aanleggen (uitvoeringsfase) van: - De aanleg van broedeilanden in het Markiezaatsmeer tussen de Spuitkop en de Molenplaat - Het verdiepen van de waterbodem rond de Spuitkop en nieuw aan te leggen eilanden door het aanleggen van geulen; - Het aanleggen van een geul rond de Molenplaatslik; - Optimalisatie van de Molenplaat door de aanleg van waternatuur. Circa € 5.785.000.00 inclusief optie voor realisatiefase (zie bijgevoegde stukken).
