Description
Het project omvat het realiseren van een nieuwbouwvolume Blok D op de gronden van het woonzorgcentrum Sint-Lodewijk te 's Gravenwezel. Het nieuwbouwvolume Blok D met zijn 34 bewonerskamers en aanhorigheden wordt verbonden aan het bestaande bouwvolume Blok B door middel van een gelijkvloerse verbindingsgang. Het nieuwe gebouw bestaat uit 4 bouwlagen, waarvan 1 ondergronds en 3 bovengronds. De voetafdruk van het gebouw bedraagt circa 1.465m². Het volledige nieuwbouw project wordt verwarmd dmv geothermische warmtepomp. Perceel 1 betreft de gehele ruwbouwwerken (wind-waterdicht) en beperkte sloopwerken voor het vrijmaken van het perceel. Perceel 2 betreft de gehele HVAC en sanitaire installatie voor het nieuwbouwproject. Perceel 3 betreft de gehele elektrische installatie met zorgoproepsysteem afgestemd op de zorginstelling. Perceel 4 betreft het realiseren van een beddenlift. Perceel 5 betreft de binnenafwerking en beperkte buitenaanleg van het nieuwbouwproject.
