De directie van Hecht constateert dat er een groeiende en structureel terugkerende behoefte ontstaat aan professionele bouwkundige en installatietechnische begeleiding bij diverse huisvestingsvraagstukken. Deze behoefte vloeit voort uit de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van locaties van Hecht voor een efficiënte en toekomstbestendige uitvoering van taken. Hoewel de specifieke projecten op dit moment nog niet volledig zijn uitgekristalliseerd, gaat het naar verwachting om initiatieven op het gebied van nieuwbouw, verbouw en/of renovatie van ambulanceposten, kantoorlocaties en spreekuurlocaties die door Hecht wordt gebruikt.
