Description
Nieuwbouw sporthal De Watertoren, Egmond aan Zee, gemeente Bergen (NH) De nieuwe accommodatie omvat circa 4.500 m2 bvo en bestaat op hoofdlijnen (indicatief) uit de volgende functies: • Een ondergrondse parkeergarage van 1.830 m2 bvo, voor 80 auto’s; • Een sporthal (in 3 sportzalen te verdelen) van 1.450 m2 bvo, inclusief de bouwkundige sporttechnische toestellen (zoals voorzieningen voor basketbal en turnen; • Een toestellenberging; was- en kleedruimte; horeca; • Gedeeltelijke aanleg openbare ruimte: het inrichten van ca. 700 m2 voorterrein • Het aansluiten van het terrein op de Watertorenweg; • Aanheling en inbedding van de sporthal in het landschap (demarcatie is bekend).
