Description

De Opdrachtgever wenst over te gaan tot de bouw van de Innovatieve Campus van de Toekomst Syntra Mechelen (ICTM). De nieuwbouw zal de huidige campus na realisatie vervangen. De opdracht omvat onder meer (beperkte) sloopwerken, het in stand houden van (een deel) van de exploitatie gedurende de (gefaseerde) werken en de realisatie van een compact campus gebouw van ca 9.000 m² BBO, met inbegrip van de buitenaanleg (en parking).
