University of Stavanger (UiS) intends to enter into one, two or three framework agreement(s) for the purchase of books to the university library, UBIS. Tendering for part(s) of the delivery is permitted. If tendering for part(s) of the delivery, the tender must contain either: 1. All printed books published outside Scandinavia, 2. All printed books published in Scandinavia or 3. All E-books.
