Description
BITMARCK GmbH beabsichtigt die Fortführung und Erweiterung der bestehenden BMC-Softwareleistungen durch Übernahme aller in Nachtrag Nr. 6 vom Auftragnehmer angebotenen Komponenten (EVB-IT Überlassungsvertrag). Ziel ist die nahtlose Fortsetzung des Automations-, Monitoring- und Eventmanagement-Betriebs, bis die im laufenden Vergabeverfahren OMSuite (Interne Kennung: BM2024081OMSuite ng) neu beauftragten Leistungen produktiv zur Verfügung stehen (Zuschlag 04.11.2025). Da der Leistungsbeginn des neuen Vertrages erst nach dem 31.12.2025 umgesetzt werden kann, ist eine Interimsphase zwingend erforderlich.
