Description
Les mesures comprennent la réalisation des travaux dans le bâtiment de formation HC, le bâtiment administratif HJ et les bâtiments d'ateliers HB et HD : les bâtiments HC et HJ, qui abritent des locaux administratifs et de formation, doivent être rénovés et mis en conformité avec les normes actuellement en vigueur. De manière générale, l'enveloppe du bâtiment, les installations techniques et certaines parties des espaces intérieurs doivent être renouvelées. Il en va de même pour les bâtiments d'ateliers HB et HD. Le réseau sanitaire est entartré/oxydé et distribue partout de l'eau trouble via un système en boucle. L'installation d'air comprimé est surdimensionnée pour l'usage actuel et présente d'importantes pertes.
