Description

Le quartier autour de la gare de Rüschlikon sera réaménagé dans les années à venir. Le projet « Bahnhof Süd » vise à créer six nouveaux bâtiments avec 37 appartements abordables, des petites entreprises et un fournisseur local sur l'ancien site des CFF, au bord du lac, sur les voies ferrées. Les électeurs ont approuvé le plan de conception correspondant en novembre 2017. La commune est le promoteur de la partie côté Bahnhofplatz (Maisons I-III). Pour la partie latérale de Thalwil (maisons IV-VI), la commune a désigné la Fondation de logement Rüschlikon.
