Description
Beschaffung einer Fermentationsanlage zur aeroben Kultivierung von Hefezellen, die eine Kapazität von insgesamt 100 L Arbeitsvolumen aufweist. Diese 100 L sollen anhand von zwei Bioreaktoren, mit einem jeweiligen Arbeitsvolumen von 50 L realisiert werden. Das System sollte autark betrieben werden können und einen Dampferzeuger, ein Kühlaggregat, ein Prozessleitsystem sowie periphere Geräte wie Antischaum-, pH-, DO-sonden sowie Pumpen, Schläuche und Kabel beinhalten.
