Dit is een aankondiging van het voornemen tot gunning van een opdracht voor de levering van vier bioreactorensystemen van het type BioFlo 320 van de firma Eppendorf. De redenen staan verderop in het formulier vermeld. hieronder vermeld. U kunt binnen een periode van twintig dagen na publicatie van deze aankondiging bezwaar maken tegen het voornemen tot gunning. Dat kan door een bericht te sturen binnen de genoemde periode (dan wordt uw klacht onderzocht en wordt de procedure stilgelegd) en/of door het starten van een kort geding bij de Rechtbank Den Haag.
