Description
Biolaag interferometrie (BLI) is een labelvrije analytische techniek die toelaat om de bindingsaffiniteit en associatie-/dissociatiekinetiek van biomoleculaire interacties te bepalen. Deze aanbesteding behelst de aankoop van een BLI-instrument dat ons in staat stelt om minstens 8 bindingsgebeurtenissen in parallel te meten, met een minimale consumptie van materiaal en op een temperatuur-gecontroleerde manier. De aanbesteding omvat de aankoop van het instrument en toebehoren en een onderhoudscontract voor de periode van 4 jaar startend vanaf de installatie van het toestel.
