Hanke koostuu seuraavista osa-alueista: 1) Koneiden ja laitteiden hankinta, asennus ja käyttöönotto ( JV-lietteen vastaanottosuppilo ja pumppaus ; Biojätteen välipumppaussäiliö ja esihydrolyysi ; Biojätesäiliöiden sekoittimet ; Lämmönvaihdin kapasiteetin kasvattaminen; Hygienisoinnin kapasiteetin kasvattaminen ; Biokaasun reaktorikapasiteetin kasvattaminen; Linkouskapasiteetin kasvattaminen ; Biokaasun jalostuslaitteiston laajennus ; Erillinen lannoitevarasto peruslannoitteelle ; Instrumentit ja putkivarusteet, sähkö-, automaatio-, mekaniikka-, ja LVI-asennukset ) 2) Rakennustekniset työt ja projektipalvelut (Hoitotasot, rakennustekniset työt, työmaan ja asennusten valvonta, projektipalvelut) 3) Maanrakennustyöt (Pohjatyöt laajennuksille, maanalaiset putkistot) 4) Valmistelu- ja suunnittelu (Toteutussuunnittelu, lupaprosessien läpivienti)
