Description
Rå Biopark shall build a biogas plant. The plant and construction site are in Storfjord municipality, in Skibotn, approximately two hours' drive from the city of Tromsø. The supplier that is awarded this contract has a complete and overall responsibility to deliver a complete and well-functioning biogas plant according to the requirements specification and contract terms in this competition. This responsibility includes processes, machinery, equipment, technical support systems, technology and construction works necessary to produce liquid biogas as described in the specification. The supplier is responsible for delivering everything needed to make the biogas plant work. This includes, but is not limited to, the entire process from planning and engineering to construction and follow-up during the defect notification/complaint period. The Supplier is responsible for all engineering, materials, machinery and equipment needed to fulfil the Client's needs for a functioning biogas plant that meets all agreed requirements.
