Teil-Generalplanungsleistungen: Ausbauplanungen (Technische Ausrüstung Anlagengruppen 1-6, 8 und 7 außer Labor) mit Bim-Methode, zu 2 Neubauprojekten BioCampus Cologne HUBitat und Laborator: Im Stufenvertrag sind zunächst die Planungsleistungen zu den Leistungsphasen 1-3 HOAI. Die weiteren Planungsphasen sind nach einem entsprechenden Beschluß der Stadt Köln vorgesehen.
