Description

Teil-Generalplanungsleistungen: Objektplanung (Architektur), Tragwerksplanung (TWP), Außenanlage, Bauphysik und Brandschutz, mit BIM-Methode, zu 2 Neubauprojekten BioCampus Cologne HUBitat und Laborator. Im Stufenvertrag sind zunächst die Planungsleistungen zu den Leistungsphasen 1-3 HOAI. Die weiteren Planungsphasen sind nach einem entsprechenden Beschluß der Stadt Köln vorgesehen. Im Verhandlungsverfahren werden die Bieter zunächst eine aussagekräftige architektonische Gestaltungsidee erbringen müssen. Eine Entschädigung wird dafür ausgelobt. Nachrichtlich: Ein Teil-GP 2 zur Ausbauplanung wird in Kürze gesondert ausgeschrieben.
