Description

Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt, das Projekt „Waidmannstraße 26“ unter Anwendung der digitalen BIM-Arbeitsweise abzuwickeln. Zu diesem Zweck soll ein BIM-Prozess- und Organisationsberater (kurz: BIM-Berater) gebunden werden. Die Leistungen des BIM-Beraters sind Teil des Leistungspakets „BIM“ für das Projekt W26. Auftragsgegenstand ist die Prozess- und Organisationsberatung für die BIM-basierte Projektabwicklung „Areal Waidmannstraße – Neue Vielfalt für den Diebsteich“. Die Besonderheiten des Projekts werden in der Projektinformation „BIM-Prozess- und Organisationsberatung“ (Anlage 1), die Leistungen des Auftragnehmers im Leistungsbild „BIM-Prozess- und Organisationsberatung“ (Anlage 2) festgelegt.
