Ziel ist es, eine digitale Arbeitsumgebung bereitzustellen, die den Projekten über alle Phasen – von der Planung über die Ausführung bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe an den Betrieb – als verbindliche und nachvollziehbare Daten- und Prozessbasis dient.
