Description
Aufnahme und Lieferung von farbigen Luftbildern mit einer Bodenauflösung von 10 cm (DLB10) mittels Digitaler Luftbildkamera mit Flächensensor. Der Auftraggeber hat den gesetzlichen Auftrag, Informationen über die topographischen Gegebenheiten des Landesgebiets von Nordrhein-Westfalen (NRW) zu erfassen, zu dokumentieren und bereit zu stellen. Gegenstand dieser topographischen Landesaufnahme ist unter anderem die Erfassung und Bereitstellung von topographischen Bildinformationen gemäß der Produktspezifikation der Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Vermessungsverwaltungen der Länder der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (AdV). Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Gewinnung von digitalen Luftbildern nach AdV-Standard in der aktuellen Fassung, die den Anforderungen sowohl der Stereo-Auswertung als auch des Dense Image Matching genügen. Die Ausschreibung ist in Vergabelose (Arbeitsgebiete) aufgeteilt. Alle Lose sollen mit einer Bodenauflösung (Ground Sample Distance, GSD) von 10 cm pro Pixel (DLB10) mit zum Teil unterschiedlicher Querüberdeckung erfasst werden. In den Losen 1 bis 8 ist der nicht bzw. nur geringfügig belaubte Vegetationszustand von entscheidender Bedeutung, die Lose 9 bis 14 sind im vollbelaubt…
