Description
Gipserarbeiten für das Gebäude an der Wengistrasse 30, welches gesamtinstandgesetzt wird. Das Bürogebäude wurde 1979 – 1981 erstellt. Mit der anstehenden Gesamtsanierung wird das Gebäude auf die heutigen Standards nachgerüstet. Dies betrifft einerseits die Gebäudetechnik, die Ökologie (Minergie-P-Eco) sowie Anpassungen der Grundrisse an das Betriebskonzept. Um dies zu erreichen wird die bestehende Bausubstanz bis auf den Rohbau zurückgebaut, teilweise aufgestockt und angebaut.
