Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywny bezgotówkowy zakup paliwa do samochodów służbowych i sprzętu silnikowego za pomocą elektronicznych kart paliwowych (mikroprocesorowych, magnetycznych itp.), zwanych dalej „kartami flotowymi” dla Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. w Brodnicy. Tankowanie odbywać się będzie sukcesywnie, według aktualnych potrzeb Zamawiającego.
