Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Überlassung eines modernen, effizienten und effektiven Bewerbungsmanagementsystem (BeMaS) als SaaS mit externem Hosting. Das BeMaS soll den gesamten internen und externen Stellenbesetzungsprozess digital und medienbruchfrei widerspiegelt und effektiv gestaltbar macht. Um eine ganzheitliche Candidate Experience widerspiegeln zu können, soll in Ergänzung optional eine Onboarding-Lösung beschafft werden.
