De gemeente Alkmaar zoekt een professionele opdrachtnemer voor het beveiligen van het stadhuis, stadskantoor, cameratoezicht, vastgoed en gronden, alsmede beveiliging op opvanglocaties voor ontheemden (ASON). De beveiligingsdienstverlening omvat, maar is niet beperkt tot: a. Meldkameractiviteiten b. Alarmopvolging c. Hospitality d. Camera toezicht e. Beveiliging van het stadhuis en stadskantoor f. Beveiliging van vastgoed en gronden g. Beveiliging opvanglocaties voor ontheemden (ASON) Een gedetailleerd overzicht van locaties en bijbehorende werkzaamheden is opgenomen in het Programma van Eisen (PvE), dat als bijlage is toegevoegd.
