Description
Het primaire doel van de opdracht is kwalitatief goede beveiliging en mobiele surveillance uit te laten voeren op diverse locaties zoals opgenomen in paragraaf 2.1 in het beschrijvend document. Hierbij gaat het om surveillanten met een maatschappelijk sociale bril en een gastheerfunctie, die goed kunnen communiceren en, waar nodig, kunnen optreden als bemiddelaar tussen bewoners. De maximale omvang van de raamovereenkomst betreft het beveiligen van maximaal 15 opvanglocaties.
