Description
Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für eine Laufzeit von vier Jahren. Es ist ein Dienstleister zu gewinnen, der die erforderlichen Support-Aufgaben im Auftrag der Sozialbehörde übernimmt und die konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung bzw. Pflege des DWH sicherstellt. Der bei Rahmenverträgen bereits in der EU-Bekanntmachung anzugebende Höchstwert beträgt 150 % des bezuschlagten Auftragswerts. D.h. der Auftraggeber wird maximal bis zum Höchstwert von 150% der Gesamtangebotssumme Leistungen aus diesem Rahmenvertrag abrufen.
