Description
Der Konzessionsgeber möchte das Parkhaus langfristig durch einen professionellen Parkraumbewirtschafter (nachfolgend „Konzessionsnehmer“ genannt) betreiben lassen. Der Betrieb der auf dem Dach des Parkhauses befindlichen Photovoltaikanlage soll ebenfalls durch den Konzessionsnehmer erfolgen. Die Instandhaltungs-/Instandsetzungslast des Parkhauses und der Photovoltaikanlage soll dem Konzessionsnehmer obliegen.
