Description
Zur Vergabe gelangte ein Dienstleistungskonzessionsvertrag über den Betrieb des Gastronomiebereichs der Sportarena Wien. Die Dienstleistungskonzession sollte im Rahmen eines zweistufigen Verhandlungsverfahrens mit vorheriger Bekanntmachung im Oberschwellenbereich vergeben werden (vgl §§ 6, 11, 22, 23 BVergGKonz 2018).
