Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Übernahme des Betriebs der MOSAIC Plattform. Die HOCHBAHN sucht einen Dienstleister, der im Wesentlichen den Basisbetrieb der Plattform übernimmt und deren Hochverfügbarkeit 24x7 sicherstellt. Dazu gehört u.a. Traffic Management, Kubernetes Betrieb, Begleitung und Durchführung von Deployments sowie Management der API Gateways. Für die Servics in Scope stellt der Dienstleister Incident Response Services für SOC der HOCHBAHN zur Verfügung. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt nach ITIL.
