Description
Das Bauwerk wurde zu Beginn der 1990 er Jahre errichtet und besteht aus zwei Gebäudeabschnitten (GBA 1 und GBA 2) in den Bestandsunterlagen BA 1 (GBA 1) und BA 2 (GBA 2) benannt. Die Tiefgarage ist zweigeschossig und aus Stahlbeton in Ortbetonbauweise hergestellt. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über zwei überdachte Rampen (je eine pro GBA). Eine Zufahrt in das 2. UG ist jedoch nur über eine Rampe im GBA 1 möglich. Die beiden Gebäudeabschnitte sind durch eine Dehnfuge baulich voneinander getrennt. Insgesamt besitzt die Tiefgarage um die 497 Stellplätze. GBA 1 verfügt je Geschoß über eine Grundfläche von ca. 5.210 m² mit maximalen Grundrissabmessungen von ca. 66 m x 91 m und GBA 2 je Geschoß eine Grundfläche von ca. 2.510 m² maximalen Grundrissabmessungen von ca. 98 m x 37 m.
