Totalentreprenøren indestår over for Boligorganisationen for tilvejebringelsen af Boligorganisationens Byggeri inklusive nødvendig infrastruktur. Totalentreprenøren er ansvarlig for at opfylde de udbudsretlige forpligtelser, der påhviler Boligorganisationen i medfør af Støttebekendtgørelsen. Totalentreprenøren skal påse, at Boligorganisationens Byggeri lever op til arealkravene i Støttebekendtgørelsen.
