Description
Vervanging van Bestuurs- en Raadsinformatiesysteem inclusief de migratie van de bestanden van de huidige omgeving naar de nieuwe omgeving. Bij livegang van de oplossing zal gebruik gemaakt worden van de onderdelen “collegevergaderingen” en “raadsvergaderingen”. Zodra de nieuwe gemeenteraad volledig is geïnstalleerd en ingewerkt, zullen de werkzaamheden in het BIS/RIS worden uitgebreid en zal ook het “paraferen” binnen de nieuwe oplossing plaats gaan vinden. Tevens dient de data uit het huidige systeem gemigreerd te worden naar de nieuwe omgeving.
