Description
Lieferung von einem Neufahrzeug (Nutzfahrzeug: Klasse N1) mit Elektromotor mittels Kauf inkl. Batterie. Als Neufahrzeug gelten hierbei Fahrzeuge, die a) keine Standschäden haben oder hatten und b) eine maximale Laufleistung von 1 000 Kilometern aufweisen. Als Vorführfahrzeuge gelten hierbei gewerblich genutzte Fahrzeuge, die a) einmalig auf einen Neuwagenhändler zugelassen waren und der Besichtigung und Probefahrt durch Endabnehmer dienten, b) eine maximale Laufleistung von 5 000 Kilometern aufweisen und c) maximal 12 Monate zugelassen sind.
