Description
Die Auftraggeberin ist keine öffentliche Auftraggeberin iSd BVergG 2018. Sie beabsichtigt dennoch, die Beschaffung von batterieelektrische Bussen in einem transparenten Beschaffungsvorgang analog dem Bundesvergabegesetz durchzuführen. Dieses ist einem einstufigen Verhandlungsverfahren mit optionalen Verhandlungen im Oberschwellenbereich gemäß § 151 BVergG 2018 nachgebildet.
