Zwischen den die Asklepios Kliniken Hamburg GmbH Hamburg und der Meierhofer AG bestand bereits ein Vertrag das Krankenhausinformationssystem (KIS) M-KIS des Herstellers Meierhofer AG. Dies ist das Standardsystem. Dieser ursprüngliche Vertrag zwischen Meierhofer AG und Asklepios, soll durch eine Zusatzvereinbarung – zugunsten der Auftraggeber - nunmehr durch eine Funktionserweiterung auf die Lizenzen M-Mobile Basis, Visite und Wunddokumentation erweitert werden.
