Beschaffung eines Vertriebshintergrundsystems und Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags zur Beschaffung von Fahrscheindruckern für Verkehrsunternehmen des AVV-Regionalbusverkehrs als Gesamtvergabe. Der Auftrag ist nicht in Lose aufgeteilt, weil technische und wirtschaftliche Gründe gegen eine losweise Vergabe sprechen. Die Argumente für eine Gesamtvergabe überwiegen. Es wird auf die Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen.
