Description
Die Vergabestelle sieht vor, die Aufbereitung der Berufskleider und Flachwäsche durch eine externe Firma ausführen zu lassen, welche aufgrund ihrer Kapazitäten und ihrer Erfahrung dazu in der Lage ist, diese Aufgabe in einwandfreier Qualität zu erbringen. Für die Beschaffung dieser Leistungen werden mit einer Firma als Leistungserbringerin für die einzelnen Textilkategorien ein Vertrag mit Elementen des Miet- und Leasingvertragsrechts abgeschlossen (Vertragsentwurf Anhang H).
