Leistungsgegenstand ist die Bereitstellung von Fahrrädern einschließlich fest verbundenes Zubehör im Wege des Leasings gemäß TV-Fahrradleasing zum Zwecke der Überlassung an Tarifbeschäftigte zur dienstlichen und privaten Nutzung einschließlich Versicherungs-, Schulungs- und Serviceleistungen (insbesondere Abwicklung der Bestell-, Rückgabe- und Schadensabwicklungsprozesse, Wartung und Reparatur, Störfallmanagement und Bereitstellung des Online-Portals) durch einen Rahmenvertrag im Sinne des § 21 VGV.
