Auftragsgegenstand ist die Bereitstellung einer Software 1. für Organisation und Betrieb eines On-Demand-Verkehrs mit PKW (Taxen), im Folgenden („ÖPNV-Taxi“) sowie 2. zum elektronischen Fahrscheinkauf von Einzelfahrscheinen und Zuschlägen (In-App) und entsprechender Darstellung der Fahrscheine im Rahmen eines „Software as a service“-Modells.
