Description
Ziel des gegenständlichen Beschaffungsvorhabens sist die Vergabe einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Bereitstellung, Implementierung und den Betrieb eines interoperablen Patientenportals nebst Serviceleistungen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird gemäß § 21 Abs. 2 und 3 VgV mit einem Vertragspartner als Auftragnehmer abgeschlossen und der Abruf der konkreten Leistungen erfolgt jeweils durch Beauftragung der einzelnen Auftraggeber anhand einer vorhabenspezifischen Projektierung (Einzelabruf).
