Description
Im Rahmen der Umsetzung des FTB2 des KHZG hat der Auftraggeber Fördermittel für die Einführung eines sogenannten Patientenportals (gemäß § 19 Abs. 1 Satz 1Nr. 2 KHSFV) erhalten. Der Auftraggeber verwendet das KIS ORBIS der Firma DH Healthcare GmbH, Konrad-Zuse-Platz 1-3, D53227 Bonn, im Folgenden: „Dedalus“. Die Einführung eines Patientenportals soll einen direkten Austausch medizinischer und administrativer Informationen zwischen allen am Behandlungsverlauf Beteiligten ermöglichen.
