Description
Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung sollen Beratungsleistungen beschafft werden, die den Auftraggeber dabei unterstützen, mittels eines Projektes ein neues ITSM-Tool bzw. einen neuen ITSM-Prozess zu finden und umzusetzen. Das Vorhaben soll in Q1/2025 starten und mit einer aktuell geplanten Laufzeit bis Ende Q4/2026 abgeschlossen sein. Die Laufzeit kann verlängert werden, wenn das Projekt noch nicht abgeschlossen sein sollte, so dass die Unterstützung sicher bis zum Ende des Projekts gewährleistet ist.
