Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer gemäß § 21 VgV. Der Auftragnehmer erhält Aufträge für die Beratung und Unterstützung der entsprechenden Fachbereiche rund um die Entwicklung und Steuerung von Themen im ITSM-Prozessumfeld. Es wird ein Berater zur Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse insbesondere im Change-Management und im Release-Management für den Bereich Service Operation benötigt, der den Auftraggeber zu den genannten Themen dieser Prozessbereiche berät und die aufgebauten oder veränderten Prozesse in der Anfangszeit eng begleitet und mit dem Team optimiert. Der Bereich Service Operation verantwortet, entwickelt und steuert die ITSM-Prozesse in der gkv informatik.
