Description

The City of Belgrade has entered into a Financing Agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) in respect of the Belgrade-Palilula Sewage System Project, and has also secured WBIF investment grant funding towards the cost of the Project. The services to be provided shall entail provision of assistance to the “City of Belgrade, Secretariat for Communal and Housing affairs / Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland)” for project management, coordination and communication with the lender and grant donor, financial management, administrative, legal and organisation management during implementation of contracts within the overall Belgrade-Palilula Sewage System Project, as well as the preparation of the technical documentation, tender dossier, and procurement support for Contract W2 - Construction of Primary and Secondary Sewage Network.
