Le présent avis est destiné à informer les acteurs du marché immobilier, ainsi que toute autre partie intéressée, sur les prévisions des besoins immobiliers du Parlement européen à Bruxelles et à recueillir les noms des opérateurs susceptibles d’être intéressés par la procédure de prospection immobilière. Le Parlement européen pourra ensuite recourir à une/des procédure(s) négociée(s) sans publication préalable d’un avis de marché, conformément aux dispositions du Règlement 2018/1046.
