Description
A Közbeszerzési és Ellátási Főigazgatóság (továbbiakban: ajánlatkérő, KEF) „Belföldi sajtótermékek beszerzése 2021-25” tárgyban, a 2015. évi CXLIII. törvény (a továbbiakban: Kbt.) Második Része alapján, uniós eljárásrendben dinamikus beszerzési rendszer (a továbbiakban: DBR) létrehozására irányuló közbeszerzési eljárást (az eljárás elektronikus közbeszerzési rendszer azonosítója: EKR000915142020) folytatott le, majd a 6. ajánlattételi szakasz (Belföldi napilapok, folyóiratok beszerzése 2024. évre) - élve a Kbt. 41. § (4) bekezdésben foglalt lehetőséggel - az EKR-en kívüli saját informatikai rendszerben (KEF portál) került lefolytatásra.
