Description
Aangesloten organisaties bij WerkenInGelderland huren via Inhuur WerkenInGelderland tijdelijk personeel in. Vanaf mei 2016 is conform de richtlijnen voor de Aanbestedingswet 2012 Inhuur WerkeninGelderland.nl ingericht als Dynamisch aankoopsysteem (DAS) De afzonderlijke 16 categorieën binnen de DAS zijn afzonderlijk aangekondigd op TenderNed. Niet elke aangesloten organisatie maakt of zal gebruik maken van de DAS en alle categorieën. Het DAS werd aanvankelijk ingesteld voor de periode van 8 jaar en wordt nu voor alle organisaties en alle categorieën verlengd tot 4 april 2025. Reeds toegelaten leveranciers aan deze DAS hoeven zich niet opnieuw te registreren; hun vorige inschrijving/toelating blijft geldig. Werken in Gelderland behoud zich het recht voor om jaarlijks, zonder opgaaf van redenen, het DAS te kunnen beëindigen en aangesloten organisaties behouden zich het recht voor om inhuuropdrachten op een andere wijze aan te besteden dan door middel van het DAS. 1
