Dit aankoopdossier betreft het leveren en beheren van maintenance services ten behoeve van de volledige vloot aan dienstvoertuigen van Fluvius. De totale vloot bestaat op 20/10/2023 uit 2506 utilitaire voertuigen, waarvan: • 1673 dienstvoertuigen < 3,5 TON • 781 dienstvoertuigen > 3,5 TON • 52 aanhangwagens Tot de scope van dit dossier behoren: • maintenance services: o Beheer onderhoud en herstellingen; o Facturatie carwash; o Beheer, levering en plaatsing van banden; o Beheer van pechverhelping & intern transport; o Beheer carrosserieschade ; o Beheer verkoop voertuigen (incl. totaal verlies). • Beheerstaken maintenance services: o voorfinanciering en doorfacturatie van de gefactureerde interventies van de voorbije maand voor de services/ percelen: ▪ onderhoud, carwash en herstellingen; ▪ carwash; ▪ levering en plaatsing van banden; ▪ pechverhelping & intern transport; ▪ carrosserieschade. o praktische organisatie van de maintenance services; administratieve organisatie en opvolging, facturatieflow. o Beheren van de ongevallendossiers, inclusief alle administratieve handelingen en de herstellingen van de voertuigen. o Rapportering gekoppeld aan bovenstaand…
